Parents are people too!

I just came across a site which celebrates parents before they were parents.

It serves as a reminder, before you were born, your parents were kids who knew how to have fun, and fortunately there are pictures to prove it.

Our parents were our best friends and our worst enemy. But now that we have grown up we understand "they did it for our own good". Geez, I hate it when they're right.

So take a moment and reflect on what your parents gave you in life, the parties, the trips, the new bike when the family car really needed new tires.

Parents aren't perfect, and neither are you, so instead of focusing on the negative, remember the fun, the laughter and the silly arguments, embrace the good memories

So remember, parents are people too, and they deserve, our respect, time and most of all our love.
